Can anyone use Hirehac?
Hirehac is for startup operators, however, no prior knowledge or experience is required to use it. We’re a design first company and built to be user friendly.
What if we’re only hiring for one or two jobs?
Yes! Even when hiring for one or two positions, the coordination of 30 to 40 interviews can be a significant administrative burden. Hirehac is not only designed to streamline the process and facilitate scheduling of interviews but also to enhance the overall experience for interviewers and candidates. It's scalable but just as effective for small-scale hiring as it is for larger operations.
Is Hirehac an ATS?
No, as there is no ability to collect and/or track cold job applicants in Hirehac. Our MVP solution is intended to be used in the context of startups inviting vetted candidates to one (or several) interviews that comprise a hiring process.
Does Hirehac integrate with job boards?
Not at this time but with that said, we are exploring an integration with LinkedIn Jobs.
